Catherine has been a licensed professional counselor for over two decades. She earned her master’s dcgree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University in 1990 after a year as a graduate assistant in Oklahoma State University’s master’s program in Family Relations and Child Development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Christian College. Catherine is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has served in private practice, public agencies, churches, and para church ministries throughout her career and helped develop a Biblical counseling school at her church.
Catherine’s passion is helping people improve their relationship with God, themselves, and others. She works with adults and offers individual, marital, and family therapy for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, trauma recovery, life transition issues, marital problems, work related difficulties and other problems that might get in the way of joy. She also enjoys teaching and training Biblical counselors to minister to the local church.
